Up until yesterday, it's felt more like fall than winter. Yesterday the snow started and it's been going strong all day today. This morning we had sleet and then after lunch the snow started. Andy stayed home today, too, so we decided to take the dogs out back and let them romp in the snow for a bit.

These two cuties have been a source of joy and comfort since we've had them but they've been especially precious since getting sick. Not only are they the best snuggle buddies but they do the darndest things that make us laugh! Laughter is one of God's gifts in the midst of trials and we are so thankful for our two furry "kids"!
Time to go make some dinner and enjoy the rest of this snow day with my wonderful husband and sleepy dogs. :)
SO CUTE! Do they like it? My sister's dogs are a little apprehensive. I'm really glad Andy got to stay home with you today and that you had a relaxing day.
ReplyDeleteThey like the snow for about 5 minutes and then their hatred for wet feet kicks in and they want back inside. LOL :0)
